Overview

Built for Shivoraai’s own inbox on n8n. New emails are parsed and logged to Google Sheets, an AI-drafted reply goes out, and a WhatsApp alert lands with the owner. When a client replies with details, a quotation is generated, sent and marked in the sheet.

Workflow 1: lead capture

  1. Gmail watches the inbox for new mail.
  2. A code step reads the sender, subject and message.
  3. An If step checks it is a new inquiry.
  4. The lead is logged in Google Sheets.
  5. OpenAI drafts a reply and Gmail sends it.
  6. A WhatsApp message alerts the owner.

Workflow 2: quotation

  1. Gmail watches for client replies.
  2. A code step parses the details in the reply.
  3. An If step checks the reply has what is needed.
  4. OpenAI generates the quotation.
  5. Gmail sends it, and the sheet row is marked “Quoted”.
  6. A WhatsApp alert confirms it went out.
