What we collect

When you use the contact form or the chat assistant, we receive the details you type: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), service, budget and your message. We also keep the page you sent it from and your IP address, used only to limit spam.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the project you asked about. We send you one automatic confirmation email and then a person replies. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who can see it

The Shivoraai team, through a private enquiries page, and our email provider while a message is delivered. The website is hosted on Hostinger.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The chat assistant keeps its conversation in your browser tab only, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the project and our records. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@shivoraai.com and we will act on it.
